The standard warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase. Some products may have extended warranty periods, which will be noted in the product description.

Brand New:Put simply, it's brand spanking new, still in the box, never been touched.

Excellent:Think of it as practically brand new. No scratches, looks perfect, and works just like it came out of the box.

Good:Alright, so this one's got a couple of tiny scratches or dings, maybe one or two. Nothing major, but you'll see 'em if you look close. pop one of our cases on it, and it'll look good as new.

Fair:This phone's lived a life. It's got scratches, maybe a few dents, you know, a bit rough around the edges. A case will definitely hide most of that, though & we have plenty to chose from!
